We use An Post and GLS for shipping. Orders are fulfilled within 2-3 business days of ordering. Estimated shipping durations are outlined in the table below. Shipping via DHL can be arranged on request for expedited shipping. I am happy to arrange a local delivery in person within the Carrigaline to Kinsale area, just email me for more details before ordering online. As we are a sustainable business I use local An Post delivery service as much as possible and try to combine orders with trips to the post office and shopping duties, 2 or 3 times a week in my electric car!

As soon as your package is ready for shipping, you will receive a shipment email notification These times are estimated but if you have not received your delivery within 2 weeks of ordering then contact us by email using info@naivilo.com.

Customs and taxes may be applied depending on where the order is being shipped.

For customers located in the EU, we despatch from Ireland which means that no customs should be charged.

For deliveries outside of the EU, the purchaser are responsible for all customs and tax duties liable on purchases.

If you want to send the purchases as a gift to a different address just add that address at the time of order. If you decide to change the delivery address after the order is put through just email us at info@naivilo.com us and if the order has not been shipped the new delivery address can be added.

All orders are shipped from our headquaters in Nohoval, Co.Cork, Ireland.

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. We realise that occasionally you may want to return items for a refund. We offer a full 14-day money back guarantee for faulty/unwanted items (in line with EU regulations). If you are not happy with your purchase please follow the returns procedure as below.

We do not offer purchase exchange. Instead just reorder your new product after organising any returns. Once the product has been received with security seal intact and in resalable condition a refund for the returned product will be issued, less any shipping costs. Please follow these steps:

We do not refund products if they are opened or used, as once opened the product is not deemed to be in a hygienic, sterile condition and cannot be re-sold. Damaged products will also not receive a refund.

  1. Email our returns department at info@naivilo.com to inform us of your intent to return your unwanted/faulty purchase within the 14 days of receipt of the product.
  2. Package the product in the original packaging or other secure packaging paying attention to not damage or mark the product.
  3. Ship back to Returns Department, Naivilo, Rennies, Nohoval, Co. Cork, Ireland at your own expense unless otherwise agreed by Naivilo for any faulty products.

Once the product has been received by the Returns Department, a refund for the returned products will be made back to the original account that was used to purchase the product.

Naivilo accepts no responsibility for damage or loss of goods in transit. Naivilo packages the purchases as carefully as possible to avoid being damaged in transit. Any such damage should be noted on the carriers paperwork, photographed and notified to Naivilo within four days of receipt and the goods held for inspection to enable a claim to be made from the carrier. If the goods are lost or not received by the purchaser within 2 weeks as above from date of purchase, email us at info@naivilo.com to notify us immediately.
